"Blue Spin" at the 2007 Montgomery County Agricultural Fair
Behind the Photography Scenes:
Those blue tornado streaks are people whirling around! I used a shutter speed of 2.0 seconds in order to capture the whirl of the spinning people, in contrast to Blue Blob, which captures the people as blue blobs.
