Full of caffeine, this addictive, bitter-tasting snack is eaten by biting off a small chunk, chewing, sucking the juices, and then spitting the fibers out. (In nearby Nigeria, though, the cola nut is comnpletely chewed and swallowed, and is often served with peanut butter!)
